Photoglyphs
These images are the actual, unaltered photographs taken with my manual, medium format camera onto standard color negative film, using three filtered strobe lights (see Technique). The original negatives have been scanned at high resolution and saved as computer files. The only manipulations that are made to these images are minor darkroom-type adjustments in color balance and contrast. They are then printed on a Giclee printer using archival inks and archival photo papers. Finally, the 8x10 prints are mounted and matted to 16x20 inches.
